Discover
We start with a conversation about your space, your technology and your goals. If plans are available, we review them. If not, a site visit fills the same purpose. You leave with a clear sense of what comes next.
Design
We develop the AV design — equipment list, signal flow, control logic and coordination notes for other trades. For architect projects, this phase produces a basis-of-design document and CSI 27 spec language.
Propose
You receive a fixed-price proposal with line-item detail. No surprises. We walk through it together, answer questions and adjust scope if needed before anything is signed.
Deploy
Equipment is procured, staged and installed on a schedule that works around your business. We coordinate with your IT team, GC and building management as needed. Every system is commissioned and tested before we hand it off.
Support
After handoff, you have a single point of contact for questions, warranty issues and future changes. No call centers. No ticket queues. If something is not right, we make it right.
